Babies and young children
present multiple challenges in regard to food and often
when, what, and how much to feed your infant are questions
you need answered. How much milk do they need? When
do I introduce solids and how? When is it safe to give
them cow's milk? How often do toddlers need to eat?
My child is very picky, do they need to take vitamins?
How can I get them to eat more/less? Get individualized
answers to these and more questions through nutrition
counseling.

As studies continue to learn that the long term health
of an person is partially determined while in the womb,
prenatal nutrition becomes even more important. We all
want the best for our unborn children in the short and
long term. A few sessions with a nutritionist will help
you confidently feed yourself and your developing fetus/baby
for the best outcomes for BOTH of you. Postpartum is
a difficult time from many standpoints, how to lose
the baby weight and eat for optimal energy for a busy
and exhausted new mother is crucial! Lactation issues
can also be addressed.

age are factors, but the primary factors are diet and
lifestyle. There are ways to manage and prevent these
conditions without drugs, and even when drugs might
be necessary they are only partially effective without
nutrition intervention. Learn how to live long and healthy
through proper nutrition.
